Specialties & Services

Support for parents who want to better understand and support their children - and themselves.

I work primarily with adults, especially parents, navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, postpartum experiences, and the complexities of parenting.

Telehealth throughout Colorado

Meaningful and lasting change often happens when we work with the parent system directly.

My work centers on helping caregivers feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to respond differently at home.

Areas of Focus

Postpartum & Perinatal Support

Pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to life with a new baby can bring challenges you weren't expecting. I support parents experiencing anxiety, mood changes, overwhelm, or difficulty adjusting to this new season. Together, we can make sense of what you're experiencing, identify what may be contributing to it, and find practical ways to support your mental health and overall well-being.

Parenting

Parenting can bring out both our greatest strengths and our biggest struggles. Sometimes the reason a parent comes to therapy isn't because they are struggling themselves, but because their child or teen is struggling and they aren't sure how to help. I help parents better understand what may be behind their child's behavior, decide what to prioritize, and develop practical ways to respond.

ADHD

ADHD can affect much more than attention. It can impact organization, motivation, relationships, emotional regulation, and how you feel about yourself. We work together to better understand how ADHD shows up for you, develop practical strategies for everyday life, and explore how anxiety, depression, or other concerns may be interacting with it. I can also help you think through additional supports outside of therapy when appropriate.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can leave you feeling stuck in patterns of thinking, reacting, or relating that you know aren't helping—but can be difficult to change. Together, we'll work to understand where those patterns come from, recognize unhelpful thinking, develop healthier ways of responding, and build greater compassion and trust in yourself.

Working with Children & Teens

When a child or teen is struggling, I prefer to begin by working with the parents. My goal is to give you a better understanding of what's happening, along with practical tools and a plan for supporting your child at home. When appropriate, I may recommend including your child or teen for a psychoeducation session so they can learn and practice tools that you can continue reinforcing together.
